Organizations, associations and clubs applying for membership must fulfill the following conditions:
- be a local non-profit Ukrainian Canadian organization;
- must support the mission and goals of the UCC-SB;
- declare in writing their intention to join; and
- submit their charter or constitution and furnish information concerning the activities of their organization.
All applications are reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors of the UCC-SB.
Applicants are notified in writing of the membership application review decision taken by the Board.
